Chris joined the Arundel team in November of 2018 as Quality Manager.
Chris began his career in manufacturing in 1998 as an apprentice machinist at Portland Valve, manually machining Navy valve components. He worked his way through their manual lathe and milling departments, eventually working on CNC turning of large valve bodies and components. With a desire to learn more about the trade he joined their quality team in 2006 learning mechanical inspection, NDT, as well as manual and automated CMM inspection.
In 2012, when the company chose to move out of state, Chris stayed behind to continue his career in Maine as Quality Manager at ODAT Machine. He helped them continuously improve their overall quality ratings and upgrade their quality management system to make the transition from ISO9001 to AS9100.
In his free time Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, being outdoors, and working on cars.
